If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to initiate the return process. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Due to the personal nature of some of our items, all products must be unused and in their original packaging to be considered for a return. Please provide your reason for return and the order number as proof of purchase with your item.

Products returned for manufacturer’s defect will be equally exchanged for the same product at the manufacturer’s expense.

This return policy is for NuAngel.com purchases only. If you purchased your NuAngel product through another retailer, please contact that retailer for their return policy.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product.
